Returns Replacements

Product Returns /Returning Products - Damaged or Faulty

Please choose carefully as TEKS Australia will not accept the returning of products if you have simply made a wrong choice, changed your mind, utilised the product in ways not intended for its use or through natural wear and tear.
Only damaged or faulty products will be considered for return/refund.

Assessment of Products for Return

TEKS Australia reserves the right to assess the eligibility of products for return (including the conditions and age of the products) BEFORE accepting them as returned.  All products which a customer wants assessed for return must be:
  • Accompanied with proof of purchase.
  • Complete with all parts and accessories which were supplied as part of the purchase.
Please note that it may be necessary for the manufacturer or distributor of the product to inspect the products in order to assess eligibility for return.  We will endeavour to do this promptly.

TEKS Australia will not be deemed to have accepted the goods for return whilst they are being assessed.

Products Not Accepted for Return 
Subject to law, certain products will not be accepted for return:
  • Hygiene and personal products
  • Gift cards
  • Nutritional supplements
  • Special and customer made orders

Unforeseen Delivery Damages

All courier options are insured by default . Unfortunately, TEKS Australia cannot and will not be held responsible for damage occurring to deliveries. The freight handlers/couriers will be held responsible for any such damage and your insurance claim will be with them.

The prices of any products displayed on the TEKS Australia website, delivery and any other charges are in Australian dollars only (AUD).

TEKS Australia reserves the right to change the prices for any product displayed from time to time.
The prices for products displayed do not include delivery charges, Installation and Training or any other charges unless displayed on the site to be otherwise.

All prices displayed, delivery changes and any other charges are exclusive of GST.

Out of Our Control Circumstances

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that are displayed on our site are accurate, errors may occur. 

 If an error in price of product/s ordered occurs we will aim to inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order or cancelling.


TEKS Australia provides a 12 month warranty on commercial products.

 We warrant that the items or products:
(a) Matches the description provided on the Site;

(b) Is fit for the purpose as described on the Site.

The period during the above warranty will be in effect will depend on the item or product and will commence from the date that the product is delivered to you.If you wish to make a claim for the breach of any warranty, including any breach of any additional warranty, you must:

(a) Notify us in writing; and
(b) Provide us with proof of purchase.

Following receipt for a claim under this warranty, we will assess your claim and if we determine that your claim is valid:
(a) If the products can be repaired and the failure to comply with the warranty is not a major failure, we will, at our discretion, either repair the defect, replace any defective part of the defective product, or replace the defective product; and

(b) If the products cannot be repaired or the failure to comply with the warranty is a major failure, you may reject the products, return the products to us, and at your election, seek the replacement of the products, the repair of the products, or a refund of any money you have paid for the product.
If, in accordance with the warranty under this agreement, a repair is approved for the item or product and that repair may be effected by the simple replacement of a particular part or component of the item or product, then we may, at our discretion, send you the replacement part or component to repair the item or product, at our own cost.If any item or product is returned to us for refund, repair, or replacement, you must return it to us, at your own cost, and ensure that the item or product is properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We will not be responsible for any damage to the item or product during transit.If, after examining or assessing the item or product, we determine that there has been no breach of our warranty:

(a) We reserve the right to charge you for any reasonable costs incurred in the examination or assessment of any item or product, including but not limited to any costs incurred in sending an on-site technician to examine or assess the item or product; and

(b) We reserve the right to charge you for any re-delivery costs incurred to return the item or product to you.

Intellectual Property Rights.

TEKS Australia reserves all intellectual property rights including, but not limited to, any trademarks and copyright in material and/or services provided by us.

Nothing in the agreement of purchase permits you, or gives you, any right to use any of our marketing materials, copyrighted material (including website layout), trademarks, business names, domains names, logos or photos.


As with any fitness training equipment, improper use can result in injuries to muscles, ligaments, joints and tendons. 
Before attempting any exercise, please follow instructions that may come with the equipment.

TEKS Australia  will not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any injury which may occur through the use of equipment purchased via these sites.
